【摘要】:Thisstandardprovidesacalculationmethodfortheeconomicalissuesofheatingsystemsandothersystemsthatareinvolvedintheenergydemandandenergyconsumptionofthebuilding.Thisstandardappliestoalltypesofbuildings.Thefundamentalprinciplesandterminologyareexplainedinthisstandard.Themainitemsofthestandardare:?definitionsandstructureofthetypesofcosts,whichshallbetakenintoaccountforcalculationoftheeconomicalefficiencyofsavingoptionsinbuildings;?dataneededfordefinitionofcostsrelatedtosystemsunderconsideration;?calculationmethod(s);?expressionoftheresultoftheeconomiccalculation;?informativeannexesindicatingdefaultvaluesofe.g.lifetime,costsforrepair,costsformaintenance,inordertointroducedefaultvaluesforcalculations.Thisstandardisapplicabletocalculationofeconomicperformanceofenergysavingoptionsinbuildings(e.g.insulation,betterperforminggeneratorsanddistributionsystems,efficientlighting,renewablesources,combinedheatandpower).Thescopeofthisstandardistostandardise:?requiredinputs;?calculationmethods;?requiredoutputsforeconomiccalculationsofenergysystemsrelatedtotheenergyperformanceofbuildings.NOTESensitivityofresultsincreaseswiththenumberofparametersunderconsideration(e.g.lifetime,interestrates,developmentofdifferenttypesofcosts).Themoreparametersonechangeswhencomparingdifferentsolutions,themoredifficultitistodrawconclusionsfromtheeconomicresultsofthecalculations.Economicalresultsarecloselyrelatedtothespecificprojectunderconsideration,andnogeneralconclusionsshouldbedrawnfromanysuchresults.
